At LittleHilal, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- If the item is faulty or damaged, please include photos
We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or design, please place a new order for the item you want.
If your original item qualifies under our Returns Policy, you may return it for a refund within the stated return period. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This policy helps us process orders faster and maintain product quality for all customers.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
